Hotel was huge from outside, excellent location, right on side of beach, I think it needs refurbishment as the amenities are bit old, overall good.

Booked last minute, had a Seaview room which was a bonus and made our 訂房網站. Service slow in bar, got two bottles of white which were only just chilled but the night porter was an absolute angel. Good location and not far to walk to pubs and bars. Parking outside is limited but cheap after 6pm-10am at 20p for 16 hours.

During a 1 night stop over we were given a room with a window that did not open on a boiling hot day, no air conditioning so room was unbearably hot and stuffy!! Hotel had no other room or fan. For our own health and safety and at our own expense we had to move to another hotel!!! I feel very strongly the hotel should not have been offering this room to visitors, because of this I can not recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location is excellent, offering a great sea view, the property itself is very old and in need of updates. The biggest downside was the lack of cleanliness. The room was not well-maintained, and we had to request the reception to change rooms due to the condition of the toilet, which was not properly cleaned. Thankfully, the staff did accommodate our request, and the second room was slightly better. One positive note is that booking directly through the hotel was significantly cheaper than other options. However, the low price doesn’t compensate for the lack of hygiene and outdated facilities. Would recommend only if you’re looking for a budget stay with a good location, but don’t expect high standards of cleanliness.

Service at front desk was good,lift to the third floor run smoothly, our room was situated next to a corridor door, which when someone passed through and left to swing shut,made our room door rattle. Room was dark due to scaffolding above windows, only two plug sockets,one for the mounted tv. Bathroom shower not very powerful, entertainment in the evening was good, good service at the bar and not overpriced, only stayed one night.
